Plaza Premium Group (PPG), a global pioneer in integrated airport hospitality and end-to-end passenger experience solutions, has launched the second edition of its acclaimed Chef Series campaign, “Flavours in Transit: From Our Roots to Your Plate.” The innovative initiative highlights the culinary creativity of PPG’s resident chefs across its international airport lounge network, showcasing signature dishes that reflect the unique heritage and flavours of destinations worldwide.

Following the strong response to its debut season, the latest edition expands the campaign’s reach with five new global destinations, strengthening its role as a platform for cultural storytelling through food. Each featured dish serves as a culinary journey, allowing travellers to discover local traditions and regional identities through the expertise of passionate in-house chefs.

By transforming authentic flavours into memorable dining experiences, the campaign goes beyond airport dining and reimagines lounges as cultural gateways. Through “Flavours in Transit,” PPG brings its brand promise of “Your Destination Before Departure” to life, offering passengers a taste of their destination even before their journey begins.

“At Plaza Premium Group, we see dining as an integral part of the travel experience—not just a service, but a gateway to culture,” said Mei Mei Song, Chief Transformation Officer at Plaza Premium Group. “Season two of Flavours in Transit brings this vision to life by showcasing the individuality of our chefs and the stories behind each dish, allowing travellers to engage with each destination in a more personal and immersive way, even before they depart.”
