Synear Foods USA announced the debut of its Street Food Mini Pork Soup Dumplings, bringing the energy of Shanghai night markets to North American kitchens. The new mini offering is rolling out at 99 Ranch Market, H Mart and T&T locations across the United States and Canada.
The launch arrives as the US Asian food market enters a high-momentum phase. The category is valued at approximately $38.1 billion in 2025 and is projected to reach $52.5 billion by 20321. This growth reflects a shift in the consumer appetite for authentic global flavors that fit into busy daily routines. Synear’s latest offering addresses this movement by delivering traditional Shanghai taste in a format designed for convenience.
The new mini format builds on the success of Synear’s full-size Pork Soup Dumplings, which have earned a following for their authentic taste and quality. This offering is inspired by Shengjian Bao, a pan-fried soup dumpling found at street stalls throughout Shanghai. Traditionally served as a larger, sit-down meal, Synear has adapted the recipe into a smaller, more accessible format to allow for varied use. Each bite-sized dumpling features a premium pork filling seasoned with ginger and scallion, encased in a thin, tender wrapper. The center holds a rich, savory pork broth that releases during cooking, offering a classic experience that appeals to both long-time fans and first-time consumers.
The Street Food Mini Pork Soup Dumplings are designed to cook from frozen in approximately eight minutes. They function well as a light bite, an appetizer, or as a side for a larger family-style dinner.
