
A-Sha Foods, a brand of Air-Dried, Never Fried noodles, has partnered with award-winning food and television personality Chef Andrew Zimmern to launch a powerhouse CPG product line of pantry staples and comfort foods with a global twist, available exclusively at Target beginning May 2026. The new products bring restaurant-grade innovation to every home kitchen.
The A-Sha “Zimm’s” collection features three distinct product lines inspired by comfort food favorites: Cheesy Noodles (Cheesy Truffle, Spicy Cacio e Pepe and Vermont Cheddar), Air-Dried Noodle Soup Bowls (Roasted Garlic Chicken, Spicy Pork and Miso), and Peanut Butter Chili Crisp, the next category-redefining era of chili crisp.
