Hanover Foods Corp. launched a new Skinny Veg frozen vegetable product line to serve the growing market of consumers using GLP-1 weight-loss medications.
The Skinny Veg product line includes four frozen blended vegetable and grain sides, each with just five simple ingredients: one vegetable, one grain or legume, avocado oil, pepper and sea salt.
The Skinny Veg products include:
Skinny Veg Broccoli & Quinoa
Skinny Veg Brussels Sprouts & Couscous
Skinny Veg Spinach & Blackeye Peas
Skinny Veg Riced Cauliflower & Lentils
Hanover Foods launched its Skinny Veg products in select stores in August and expects to expand distribution to its full retail network in early 2027.
